Where Industrial Businesses
Cross Borders.

With roots in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and strong U.S. industrial networks, we operate where others often do not. Our engagements are selective. Our Processes are structured. Years of platform heritage in industrial advisory relationships
Since 1996, Alpine Capital International has worked with founders, family-owned businesses, and investors navigating complex, high-stakes transactions. Our expertise drives from various industrial products and services for example such as industrial controls, critical power, precision manufacturing, refrigeration systems, water treatment, automotive, metal and plastics forming, monitoring sensors, software as a service, maintenance and construction and other specialty sectors where technical depth and sector relationships determine outcomes.

We are headquartered in Johns Creek, Georgia, with partners in Reno, NV, Scottsdale, AZ, Grand Rapids, MI, Charlotte, NC and maintain active cooperation with partners in Vienna, Austria and Munich, Germany bridging U.S. industrial businesses with their European counterparts, particularly in the DACH region.

We Work With A Select Group Of Clients

Not every engagement is the right fit. We are intentional about who we partner with, and so are our clients.

Business Owners & Founders

Industrial company owners evaluating a full exit, minority recapitalization, or long-term succession – who want a structured, confidential process and a partner, not a transaction processor.

Family Offices & Private Investors

Family offices and high-net-worth investors seeking proprietary deal flow, co-investment access, and disciplined underwriting in the lower-middle-market industrial sector.

Strategic Buyers

Industrial acquirers – corporate and sponsor-backed, looking for off-market origination, efficient process management, and access to quality businesses before they reach auction.

European Industrial Companies

European industrial companies, particularly from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, establishing U.S. operations, pursuing acquisitions, or seeking capital and strategic partners on this side of the Atlantic.

Integrated Advisory. Deep Sector Expertise.

Alpine Capital International provides M&A advisory, capital formation, and strategic expansion services to industrial companies and investors. Every engagement is built on sector knowledge, process discipline, and long-term alignment, not volume.

Sell-Side Advisory

Structured, confidential exit processes for founders and family-owned industrial businesses. We represent a select number of sellers at any given time, ensuring focused attention, thorough preparation, and access to the right buyers.

Buy-Side Advisory

Proprietary acquisition opportunity sourcing, target identification, and transaction execution for industrial companies and investors. We generate off-market access and run efficient, professional processes that respect the buyer’s time.

Sourcing and Structuring Capital

Capital sourcing advisory services, connecting middle-market industrial companies with institutional and strategic capital across the U.S. and DACH corridor to fund growth, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. We structure capital solutions around the transaction, not the other way around.

Strategic / Cross-Border Expansion

Market entry strategy, U.S. platform build-out, and transatlantic industrial partnerships for DACH-based companies expanding into North America, or U.S. businesses seeking European market access, suppliers, or acquisitions.

We Don’t List Businesses. We Represent Them

Most successful exits don’t begin with a transaction. They begin with clarity, preparation, and the right strategic partner.
At Alpine Capital International, every engagement starts with a screening, evaluating readiness, information integrity, and the realistic probability of a transaction closing on fair and achievable terms. If it’s not the right fit, we say so.

Relationship-Driven, Not Transaction-Driven

We cultivate long-term relationships with owners, advisors, and investors, often years before a transaction is on the table. Our referral network is the product of decades of trust, not a marketing campaign.

Selective By Design

We work with a limited number of clients at any time. That selectivity is a feature, it means every engagement receives our full attention, and every client is one we believe we can genuinely serve.

Cross-Border Capability,Industrial Depth

Our cross-border M&A practice, particularly between the DACH region and the United States, is a core differentiator. We speak the language of industrial businesses on both sides of the Atlantic, literally and commercially.

An Integrated Platform

Through sister entities Alpine Capital Industries and Alpine Capital Venture, we clients access to operational resources, co-investment capital, and growth support that goes beyond the advisory mandate. When a client needs more than a banker, we can provide it.

A Track Record Built Across Industries and Borders

Representative transactions reflecting the breadth of our industrial focus and cross- border expertise.
